I’ve always been attracted to natural health and the ability of our bodies to heal themselves if we just give them the proper care. I’m a little doctor-phobic (but then I think most people are) so I’ve tried to research the most natural ways to keep myself healthy. Mother Nature gave us herbs and our earliest ancestors gradually learned how to use them before the days of chemical labs.

I consider myself to be very fortunate and blessed to not have any type of serious health problems. Some of that is probably good genes and some from good care. I’m a licensed insurance agent in the real world and every day I talk to clients about health issues they’re having. That just drives home how lucky I am to have good health.

There’s a huge interest in the world today about cleansing and detoxing our bodies from the inside. I’m guessing that’s why you’re here reading this. There’s a lot of good information on the internet about this and also a lot of scary hype that’s only designed to sell some product.

The reason you see so many different types of colon cleansers advertised with free trial offers is because the company that runs the ad makes a big commission if you take the bait. I’ve noticed that the trial period is usually 14 days from the time you order.

But guess what?

It could take a couple of weeks before your shipment arrives to you. So you don’t actually get to try it for 2 weeks. Then you wind up getting the product shipped to you every month automatically. Sometimes getting it to stop is extremely difficult. The companies that produce the products don’t have websites dedicated to the whole internal cleansing lifestyle – they just want to cash in on the ‘latest craze’.

You can do a  fairly good job of keeping yourself  ‘regular’ by taking some type of psyllium product every day and eating plenty of veggies and fruit. That’s good for your insides in more ways than one. Good health requires good food.
